Home Managers Stage the home by using their own beautiful furnishings and maintain the home in showing condition at all times. Once the home is under contract to a buyer, the Home Manager is given a 30 day notice and they move on to the next home to Manage.

We hire only professional Home Managers that go through an extensive approval process. We look at furniture available, Credit, Criminal Background and Lifestyle.
Home Managers typically are someone used to living a certain lifestyle, they may have recenly moved to the area but have decided to buy a year or two after relocating. They are not tenants. Their job is to present the home to buyers in the best possible way to assist in getting it sold.
